Include your device model, iOS version, app version, the screen involved, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information. Before attaching a screenshot, remove information you do not want to share.
Dogs, cats, and multiple pets
You can start with one dog or cat. Premium enables management of additional pets. Each pet has its own records. Select the intended pet before adding a record or checking medication information.
Premium does not currently include shared family records or automatic syncing between caregivers.
Premium purchases
Purchases and billing are handled by Apple. To cancel or manage your subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, and choose Subscriptions. Deleting Uchinoko does not cancel an active subscription.
To restore a purchase for the same Apple Account, use Restore purchases in Uchinoko's settings or Premium screen.
If Premium does not appear, check the Apple Account used for the purchase and your network connection, then contact us with the app version and error message. Do not send your Apple password.
Backups and device changes
Care records are stored on your device. Premium can create a ZIP backup file that you save to Files, iCloud Drive, or another location you choose. Keep the file safe: it may contain records, photos, and videos.
A backup file is not automatic cloud syncing. Signing in does not synchronize your care records between devices or family members.
Restoring a backup replaces the app's current local data with the backup contents. Read the confirmation carefully and preserve a copy of your current data first.
Do not uninstall the app to resolve a storage problem before protecting the records you need.
Vet reports
Premium can create a PDF report from a selected pet's records. Check the selected pet and reporting dates before sharing it.
The report contains your observations and entered information. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
Privacy and account deletion
Read our Privacy Policy for information about local records, optional sign-in, and services used by the app.
If you used Apple or Google sign-in and want to request deletion of the app account, use the account deletion request in the account section of Uchinoko's settings, or contact us for assistance.
Removing an app account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Health concerns
Uchinoko is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment advice. Contact your veterinarian if you are concerned about a dog's or cat's health.
